The new WVU Parkersburg Basketball Club is sponsoring a 3 on 3 Tournament to raise funds for their upcoming season. The tournament will be held on Tuesday, December 1 beginning at 1:00 pm. Cost is $10.00 per team and the winning team will receive $50.00 as first prize.
