The director of the WVU Parkersurg Wellness Center is pleased to announce the following Summer Wellness Class Schedule which will be open and FREE to all students, faculty and staff.

Monday, June 22 - Interval Training (bring weights)
Wednesday, June 24 - Yoga
Monday, June 29 - Interval Training (bring weights)
Wednesday, July 1 - Core Curriculum (Yoga/Pilates Fusion class)
Monday, July 6 - Interval Training
Wednesday, July 8 - Yoga
Monday, July 20 - Interval Training
Thursday, July 23 - Yoga
Monday, July 27 - Interval Training
Wednesday, July 29 - Core Curriculum

Classes begin at 4:00pm.
Interval Training classes will be a combination of the various types of cardio exercise (ex. Kickboxing, Step) with intervals of strength training.
A few sets of weights are available to participants without them.
